Shipping and Returns


Shipping
We offer Free Shipping Over $50 (3 - 5 business days) within Australia or EXPRESS (1 - 3 business days) postage for $14.00.
Delivery time is calculated in business days and your order will be sent via Australia Post or Sendle. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.
We aim to ship orders within one business day so please contact us asap with any changes and we will do our best to accommodate you.

International Shipping
Please contact us via the link on this website if you have any enquiries regarding international shipping. 

Returns & Exchanges 
Caramel x co wants you to love your purchase and love shopping with us. If you are not 100% happy with any full priced item you may return it within 14 days of receiving it. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, we offer a store credit valid for 2 months. To return and item/s, they must be in their original, unused condition. All tags and incidentals must be attached. 

Process 

    • To return your an item, please send it to: 60 Emma Street, Wooloowin, QLD, 4030.
    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
    • We will process your return within 5 business days of receiving your item.
    • Once your return has been processed you will receive an email from caramel and co with your store credit along with instructions on how to use it.
    • Store credits are valid for 2 months.
    • If you have not received your email, please check your junk mail as it may have gone into there

Sale items 
Sale items are priced to clear so please choose carefully as we do not accept returns for exchange on sale items.
Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement on final sale items if you change your mind. This includes a change of mind with regards to colour, size and fit. 

Faulty Items
We thoroughly inspect all our products prior to shipping and in some cases a fault may have been missed or the item may be damaged in transit . In the rare event that a product is faulty please contact us ASAP at info@caramelandco.com.au. If the item is faulty, we will offer to replace it with an identical item or a full refund of the purchase price.

Discount codes
Only one discount/credit code can be used per order and If you have 2 codes at the time of a sale, we can only honour one of these so you will need to decide which one you choose to use. If you forget to include the code we are unable to refund/credit the difference or amend this.

Out of Stock Items
In the rare event where another customer purchases the same item as you at the same time online, we will notifiy you within 1-2 working days, advising you if we can get another in for you. If we are unable to get another one in, we will give you the choice of a refund, credit note or exchange.
